Good afternoon. I set up a GMX email account yesterday as I wanted a way of having all my email addresses in one account and this seemed liked a good option. However I am unable to access my account. I go to the website and put in my user name and password and click "login" another window opens but it never loads and is blank. I have tried to access from both windows explorer and firefox but to no avail. I have yet to try from another computer to see whether it is just mine, but regardless of whether it does work on another computer I need it to work on mine. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have never had any problems with pages loading before for other websites.
Ok, so I am able to answer my own question. I went onto the gmx forum and a few people have had the same problem. Accessing the site through their secure site https://www.gmx.com solved the problem.
