Quick question, both my PS3 & Wii are out of signal range of my wireless network which is primarily set-up for my 360 and laptops etc.
I have been using a Devolo HomePlug adapter with Ethernet interface for my Wii transfering the broadband over the existing household power supply this works fine for my limited Wii on line use. But now I have a PS3 in the same location I wondered if the Wireless extender (see linky) would be a good purchase. So I don't have to keep swapping the ethernet between PS3 & Wii.
Is the 54 Mbps over Wireless LAN adequate for on line PS3 play and the likes of Wii Mario Kart??
Do you have all the requirements to use a splitter? i.e.
* These MUST be used in pairs. * These are intended for data transmission and not for voice. * They are not suitable for telephones or for sharing a broadband connection. * Only for use with patch panels & faceplates.
I presume not.
Can't tell you about the Devolo.

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really?
Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.

Yes you were correct the splitter was a waste of time, I've opted to purchase a LINKY
