Internet Idle timeout disconnection

Hi all
I've recently upgraded my PC and am now running Vista. I use a Belkin modem/router, however after only a few minutes idle time I lose my connection to the internet. I can't for the life of me remember how to change the idle time or stop my PC from disconnecting. I use the Firefox browser (mainly) and my ISP is Plusnet.

Any advise would be grateful!
