Now that eBay Desktop is out of beta and compatible with eBay.co.uk (see the new issue for details), I was wondering if any forum members had tried the program yet?
Although a bit of a pain to set up as you need to install Adobe AIR first, it's quite a useful means of browsing and monitoring auctions without visiting the website, even if you can't yet use it to list and sell items.
Any thoughts?

With it being aimed at buyers more so than sellers I haven't really bothered to try it yet. I did give the Toolbar a go, but it was constantly flicking up messages and alerts even when I changed the options. As a serious seller I tend to find I am on eBay whenever I am online, so the toolbars and such are overkill.

Mmm, not really inclined to use it tbh. I use the Firefox companion and that does the job for me.
