I have come across something most odd when looking through the Price comparison Sites .But you take it for granted if you are only visiting 1 site
The Issue is the Price you Pay for an Extended warranty and the Common Factor is they are All dealt with by Domestic & General Insurance
Say I am looking for a LCD TV value 500 pounds and the same model is touted at that price within England, Retailer A wants 90 pounds for 3 years extended Retailer B want 110 pounds Same terms and Dealer C who is in the same area as B wants 80 Pounds Is there some sort of Markup between the Dealer and D&G ?
There's nothing odd about this. A retailers will charge you what ever it thinks it can get away with or will increase its profit. Personally, I think extended warranties are a waste of time. If something is going wrong it is most likely to happen within the first 12 months when you are covered by the manufacturers warranty. In my job I've bought many hundreds of electrical items and the number that go wrong after the first 12 months is extremely low. Save your money and take your wife/girl friend/husband/lover out for a meal.

I do like this on the D&G site Text. They say you can set up the "Warranty" to cover several items at once and they can be up to a few years old as well, brought 2nd hand (subject to their Decision on claims). So "Mix and matches" are allowed
Here is the (Secure) setup page for All Extended warranty quotes
