getting rid of a drive that isn't there

Some how my pc created another cd drive, but I only have one (a DVD-RW Drive).

Have you recently installed any software such as VirtualCD, Nero, ISO Burner?

Yea, PowerISO. So you're telling it some how created the second cd drive? And to get rid of the cd drive I have to loss the program?
