How are you connected to the web? Modem, router, wireless?

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really?
Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.

Sorry, you'll have to explain that. Assuming you only have one ISP and therefore only one t/p line surely both PCs are connected to the router either by ethernet cable or wirless?

So let's recap. You have a Virgin Media modem connected to their cable. You have a wireless router connected to the VM modem via an ethernet cable. You have a PC connected to the router by ethernet cable and a laptop connected to the router via wirless. Is all that correct?

If it is, what is the make and model of the router?
