after trying to install some blue tooth usb adapter when it gets to updating component registration i get the error message Hkey_local_machine/software/microsoft/windows/current version/shared dlls you do not have permmision to use this key how do i fix this
any one please help

the make and model of usb adapter is a belkin bluetooth usb adapter model number f8t012 - f8t013 ifthis helps i will be very gratefull

Go to this page and follow the instructions to uninstall the adaptor. Then try to reinstall it.
