Hi I bought a Kodak Easyshare 5100 All in one printer but cant get it to install. Follow the instructions on cd, gets to the part whre it says connect usb cable to printer and thats it....It wont instal the driver just sticks on that part. I have even downloaded driver from kodak.com/go/drivers but it still wont install driver. Can anyone help please or shall I take printer back to shop as faulty. Have rang Kodak helpline 9 times but are no further on.

Silly question perhaps, but did you have the printer powered up and switched on when you connected the USB cable?

This seems to be quite an old printer. Did you get your download from here? There seems to be a firmware upgrade available as well. Have you tried that?
