Hi all,
I seem to have lost the dialog box for the options to Auto run my Cd/dvds It used to show when inserting a disk I have had problems with my PC recently but apart from this annoying instance every else appearsto be Ok could it be de activated can i activate if so or do I have to install it? thanks

Many thanks for all the replies and sorry of late Posting due to my wifes need for 24/7 care I have not had much spere time.
However I believe I found the trouble when following your insructions with the settings in the drop down box it was seton Music instead of Pictures I changed that regards the tick in box "prompt me to choose action is already checked and I found that it could not be altered I repeated this action for my other removable drives so hope that was correct.
