Hi all, My original post about this is a month old, so i thought it best to re-post.
When I tried to wipe Vista from a laptop & install XP, it wouldn't find the HDD to let me. RichieP advised me I needed a SATA driver, and so the search began!! Had trouble finding it, as Toshiba had it labeled as a 'Intel Matrix Storage Manager', but I finally got there!
Then to installing it! I couldn't get my hands on a USB FDD, and thought all was lost. Then I found a great little program called NLite, which let me slipstream the drivers into an XP boot disc. Worked a treat. So many thanks Richie, wouldn't have had a clue without your help. Cheers Mate, Mugsy

Nice one, glad you've sorted it out!
It would be best in future to add to the original thread , as members can then read the full history as it could be of help to them!

All members can do "clicky links"! Have a look <<here>>.
Also, if you had added to your original thread, it would have appeared first in the forum list if you configured your User Options as follows:-
1 User Options>>>Main Configuration>>Display preferences (etc)>>click on Edit.
2 Scroll down and put the check in "Last Post Date" next to "Sort Threads By".
3 Click "Submit".
I know this is off topic but seems appropriate!

Thanks for that, I managed to put a URL in a PM the other day!! Was rather proud of myself, until I discovered the URL had a rogue ']' on the end!!! I'll get there. Now, before we move REALLY off topic! Cheers Mate, Mugsy
