Norton360 is a complete security package and includes a firewall, anti-virus (so you should uninstall AVG) and anti-spyware (so you should also uninstall Windows Defender). Having more than one package doing the same job on your PC will cause conflicts.

I don't think that Norton 360 on It's own is enough.
You cannot as greysts says have 2 Anti-Virus or 2 Firewalls, but I think you should keep Windows Defender and include SpywareBlaster

Why would you want to have three pieces of anti-spyware software all doing the same job on the same computer? It's a complete waste of time and simply slows the computer down. If the OP has paid for Norton360 why would he want anything else?

Because greysts i guarantee if you, use! lets just say Spybot S/D and AVG anti-spyware one after the other one will find something that the other missed.
OK they are only trackers but in my mind no one should be aloud to intrude on your privacy.
I do agree on suites may have a decent anti virus, yes decent Firewall maybe, decent anti -spyware NO!
Also there is no conflict with anti-spyware programs.
I have the greatest respect for you greysts but I reckon we will have to agree to disagree on this one.

I don't think the Vista firewall is up to much (although better than XP!) so I have ZoneAlarm, for virus I have Avast (also free & excellent) and for Spyware I've ditched my old XP stalwarts of SpyBot & Spyware Blaster and now run: Threatfire(free), Spy Sweeper(paid for updates) and Defender. NO conflicts with extra Spyware programs at all, and as has been said some find things that others don't.
Only other thing I would add is once the subscription has ended (and watch they don't renew it without asking!!) scrub it and go to the excellent range of equally good, possibly better, certainly less bloated on your system, free ones
