hi
does anyone know of a software program that i can use on windows ME instead of samsung pc studio (can't get it to install)

I doubt you'll find anything for an obsolete operating system like Me for a modern mobile telephone. What do you actually want to do with this software?

i know i could use a bluetooth usb adapter to transfer music,ringtones etc but would that allow me access to the phones files to delete some of the rubbish thats in there?

HI Redrob1364,In my family we have three Samsung D800 phones none of the discs that came with the phones worked and would not load the Samsung PC Studio 3 Programme which also includes the Multi media player and Multi media manager programmes. if you go to their website which I think is www.samsungmobile.com you can download the Pc Studio programme.I have to say that the programme when downloaded is tempermental and sometimes will give a error message stating that the conection cannot be made,I turn the computer off and restart it again which seems to work.I seem to remember being told by Carphone Warehouse when I queried the faulty disks that an updateded disc was in the pipeline and was told that I would be sent one,its a good job I didnt hold my breath as two years later im still waiting ! LOL
