hi i posted this here a few weeks ago on Adobe Flash Player Activex & Adobe Shockwave Player but i just ran the Secunia Personal Software Inspector and it said my java was out of date but im thinking do i need java if i have Adobe Flash Player Activex & Adobe Shockwave Player..

Yes you do and keeping it up to date is important. Latest one is.... Version 6 Update4. If you don't have this , then install it and remove all older versions from your machine.
