Vista Wireless Problem!

Similar probs here also.
I am using a Netgear wireless router and am having problems with setting it up.
I use a wireless laptop aswell as a desktop using the same router.
Both are wireless ready and until a couple of days ago everything was fine.
I reset my router back to factory ready.
Can somebody please please help me rectify this.
My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 6400 running Vista home premium and my desktop is a packard bell running Win XP

are you setting it up with a cable connected to the router from the PC you will need to set the wireless and ISP username and password up again.
