Have you tried?

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really?
Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.

As far as I am aware, you can't. However, I believe you can have Live Messenger (MSN) and Windows Messenger (a similar but basic version of MSN) open at the same time with different user names.

Hello There Hello_There, Thanks for that. I'll give it a try. When I have MSN LIve Messenger open & double click on the icon, nothing happens. Cheers Mugsy

If you download >>> Trillian <<< or >>> Pidgin <<< they support multiple identities.

Thanks again Fusion! Trillian wouldn't d/l properly, but Pidgin did. Just what I was looking for. One slight hitch, only the first ID has the menu option of going straight to hotmail inbox, though they can both be set to receive mail notifications. Nice one...SORTED
