Monitor blurring and distorted

I need your help. My monitor image is blurring and distorted. When I start the computer I have this message: " SmartBridges Alerts: MotiveSB.exe entry point no found. The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFile Name W could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL"

Hopefully somebody had this problem before and know what to do?
