RAM upgrade problem.
      #383000 - Tue Feb 05 2008 03:00 PM

I'm having a problem upgrading my RAM.
I bought the following: 128MB PC66 168-pin, ABW, 16-chip 8x8 SDRAM DIMM to upgrade 2 x 64mb RAMS in an old 466id E-machine. I checked online and the new RAMs I have are supposedly the correct ones. The computer doesn't boot up with the 2 new RAMS. However it does boot up with the 2 old ones installed and any combination of the old ones and new ones (i.e. it recognises the new RAMs when they are installed with an old one).
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Mick
