You should report the email to PayPal and follow the advice they give you. Personally I would advise anyone reading this thread NOT to click on the link - Is it possible a Mod can remove it?
Sorry, but not a good idea to post up a suspect link like that.

It looks as if No-IP.com have jumped on this straight away. The link now takes you their home page which tells you it was a scam and it has been taken down.

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really?
Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.

I didn't see the original page but FilthyRaider did and his advice is good.

The page the link takes you to now is the same page the ebay email took me to, so i saw no harm in posting it.
What i was hoping to know was if the warning was genuine.
Sorry if it has caused any problems and thank you for the advice

The warning on the site is probably correct in that it was a link involved in phishing and fraudulent activity. If you did not enter any of your information anywhere, then you are probably not at risk. Just make sure you are using a secure password on your account, including upper/lowercase letters, numbers, symbols. It's also a good idea to use a unique password for each site on the internet that you use. A bit harder to keep up with, but harder for people to access your stuff. I mentioned in another post about paypals security keys that they are offering, where you login then get a six digit number from the key. I have seen those used in other scenarios, so if they are available to you, it is probably a good idea to get one. You can also secure your ebay account with it.
A dummy friend of mine once entered information into a form sent to him through email. The people cleaned out his bank account and even overdrew the amount. He was someone who had used the internet for years and should have known better. Just goes to show you that it can happen to anyone, I guess.
