And can I assume you are willing to pay for this major work? Think about what you are asking for and then put yourself in the position of someone willing to provide such a document. Do you really think you'll find someone willing to do it for nothing?

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really?
Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.

Firstly have to say that I am some what taken a back by your reply. All I asked for was some help. Not wanting to profit or make money from any such info but for my own use. There are countless of people who like me use this site for help and quite frankly if this it the attitude when people post then il not be back even tyo see what idiot reply you make to it which you will.
All i asked for was help or a guide , and if your trouble shooter that is sticked was and use then I would not have asked.
You realy should take some time to answer in a more positive way to people who ask and not in the way you did which again is disapointing for some one in a position like you.

Shammon - it would have been more useful if you had described the problem(s) you are trying to fix. That way Greysts, or one of the other helpers, could have given you a more targeted response. An explanation of pinging can be found on many internet sites. This is just one of them. If you don't have the instructions that came with your router you should be able find the required information by using a search engine. I hope this helps.
