Adobe Flash Player Activex & Adobe Shockwave Player

hi does Adobe Flash Player Activex & Adobe Shockwave Player do the same thing on a pc and do i need them both or can i remove one

mattytun , you'll find you use Flash is more predominant , but keep them both.
