Annoying closing down "glitch"
      #381685 - Sun Jan 27 2008 01:55 PM

When I close down a page (Clicking X top right corner) I get a messgae that comes up and reads......"The instruction at "0x010b1ea8" referenced memory at "0x010b1ea8". the memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the programme. I'm using XP home. This happens every time and is just slighty annoying as when I click OK it ends (just what I want it to do).

Sorry , i should have added......is it I.E.7.

If so you could start by checking to see if it's a corrupt or incompatible add-on that's the problem. To do this click on start > all programs > accessories > system tools > and double click on Internet Explorer( no add-ons ). Do a bit of browsing to see if the problem persists.

You need to make sure your machine is clean so scan your pc with your antivirus and antispyware programs and remove all that's found. Once you're certain you're clean , go to windows updates and install any updates you may have missed . Once that's all done , download and install I.E 7 from.... here....or , if you get the choice , windows updates.
