Hello all,
I am having great difficulty helping my neighbour who cannot access certain websites with their Orange broadband. I am sure it is Orange causing this problem as I have seen many posts on the www.orangeproblems.co.uk website mentioning this. Also, she is unable to get her emails. I was hoping to spread the news so that somebody might be able to help.
Orange support deny any problems with their broadband - but this is simply not true (refer to above-mentioned website to see!!!). The problem has been going on since Thursday night. Any help would be gratefully received.
Thanks

I'm with Orange and haven't been experiencing problems with websites or email is this maybe a localised problem for some reason?

Some companies will not admit to a problem unless they have to while others will as soon as they know about them. I found Orange (wanadoo) to be very elusive about problems once the minimum contract period was up, their email worked occaisonally and their speed was lousy

I have to agree with wildthing666, I was with them for years without any major issues.
I have now left them yet they without permission took £44 out of my account, even though I left them 4 months ago.

HI thank you for replying everyone. There was a problems with Orange they eventually admitted to it. They are just so slow at knowing what is going on with their own systems. Anyway, I'm off to another isp. Thanks again for responding.

No, it's a perfectly valid response. They are trying to find out if it's the BT line which is at fault or the extension lead from the main box to the upstairs socket.
