after i download software the program never runs when i try to delete it it tells me another program is running it .i think its running in the background its driving me nuts

it seems to happen no matter what software i download it says installshield starts then disappears then windows wont shut down because installshield is running in the background hope this helps close to flinging it out the window lol
No it doesn't. I need a specific example of the software with a link to the download location and the exact error message.
