laptop pc to tv cable

hi all..

does anyone know where i can get a pc - tv cable..

i want to connect them together so i can watch things off my laptop.

i'm using a dell 1720 vista machine .

the connections are a (15 pin) vga from the pc to a rca (rd white and yellow) in the tv..

Unless you've got a TV out socket on your PC you cannot connect it to a TV. The VGA 15 pin socket on a PC is only designed to work on proper PC monitor or a TV with a similar input socket.
