Hi there, I currently have over 2000 songs that i have ripped from cds ive bought, music ive bought online and even music ive ripped from vinyl and cassette.
The problem i have is because of the different sources of music, there is a big difference in the volume of each song, ive tried a few different programs like iTunes and mp3 gain with no success.
I need a program that will make all 2000+ songs the same volume in one go so that when i listen to my mp3 player i wont be damaging my ear drums every other song.
any help in this matter would be very very grateful.

Download MP3GAIN, you can do the whole lot at once (if you have the time!). I would suggest about 95db, I find any louder and I get distortion.
