Hi there, a little more information would be great What I would be most interested in is how your network is set up. What's connected wirelessly and what is connected to the router by normal wires? Cheers,

Alright, turn off the wireless printer and see if the problem goes away. This'll help us determine the source of the problem. Check back with any findings soon,

Thank you, ok we have this problem even if the printer is switched off, my partner has uninstalled the wireless printer and still could not get back online, this happens even if the printer is off. The green light on the printer stays on all day, if you have the printer left on, come about 7pm, myself using the wireless laptop, my daughter using her wireless laptop and my son who uses a pc with a wireless adapter, we all get flung of the internet, yet the main computer stays on line, then you look at the printer and the wifi light is flashing orange, so its when we are online the printer stays green, as soon as we get flung of, the printer goes orange.
Also here is a copy and paste from my partner, of another forum, to let you see what else has tried.

just happend again for 30mins there took ticks out of power managment and stuff that made no difrence i opened my router page up done ipconfig got the adrreses in router settings when i done ipcongif in dos mines the main pc thats always on was fine ending in .2 others all ended in 1.1 although the router says 1.2 1.3 and 1.6 for the other 2 that are connected anyway it has came back on but still puzzled

diagnose cant access the point but the point is fine strenght of connection is fine

The text you copied from another forum might as well be written in Chinese. It makes no sense at all.

If it's the same time every night, have you checked the filtering pages in the router setup pages?

So far we have changed the channel to 9, reset the router, moved the wireless printer away from the router, uninstalled printer and re installed printe,r makes no difference, we are still getting kicked off at night, the main comp is ok, does not get disconnected, just my wireless laptop, my daughters wireless laptop and my sons comp, which has a wireless adapter in it?

I'm not sure what to suggest, apart form contacting BT. If it's their equipment and it's faulty they should replace it.
