I have been using www.statcounter.com on my site for a couple of years now. For the past two or three weeks I have been unable to access them to view my stats. All attempts to visit their site result in a blank screen (not even an error page) My counter though is still incrementing on my site.
A Google search for 'visitor counters' will allow me to view any of the sites listed with the exception of www.statcounter.com (not even trying to locate the site when clicked) I am wondering if my computer has somehow blocked my access.
Am using XP home, AVG 7.5, Adaware2007, spywareblaster, spybots&d, zonealarm.
Any suggestions much appreciated

I have had the same problem today and found that the problem is spybot blocking the site. disable it and you will be able to visit the website.

Thank you iciman.It now works a treat.
I still had my spybot installation on the default settings, but it is necessary to go to the 'advanced mode' to remove stat counter from the list of blocked items.
