im not sure whats happened but it been running funny for few days ? im on my daughters laptop right now as mine takes to long to load and write anything ., it been very slow i have run spybot, ad-aware and ccleaner as i do every day .i use zonealarm , when i started the pc up besides taking ages for the icons to loads i keep getting the error message exception unkown software exception (0xa310004) occurred in application at loction 0x7c812a56 i click ok but it just reappears after a while then i get true vector service has encountered a problem and needs to close whatever that means i also noticed that zonealarm was not there? so i went to reinstall it and all i get is that true vector message keep poping up .i think its trying reinstall itself but im not sure to be truthful ? please help
thank you i have took to the computer shop this morning as its to much hassel trying to use this laptop of my daughters lolso they will sort it all out for me ,but thank you for your reply
