Webuser Forums: Hyperlinks not working.

I have two websites a freebie with freewebs & a paid for one with Streamline.
I have recently had a problem inserting new hyperlinks with Streamline site builder.I type the web address of the new link into the line.I then select it & copy & paste it into the window that comes up when you click on insert hyperlink.I then check the box that says open in new window.When this is published & I click on it, it comes up with page not found check address. When contacting Streamline support I am informed that support for web design problems are not included with hosting packages.

The reason that I mentioned my free site with Freewebs is that as a beginner I can try doing the same actions when having problems with Streamline site buider.
When I use the same procedure for inserting hyperlinks into Freewebs site it works perfectly.Has anyone got any ideas please.
