Hi has enybody had problems trying to get a mac code from supanet, ive tried 3 times.When you phone them your either on wait for upto 20mins,or they pass you from one department to the other blaming any department but their own
you could always complain to ofcom telling them they are paasing you around departments to avoid supplying a MAC you should then get one. I contacted them when I had trouble with a previous ISP
