hi my sister has a Acer Travelmate 4021WLMi laptop it has windows xp its about 3 years old when i was over i logged onto there laptop to send a e-mail but i noticed when i pressed the shift key & the @ key nothing happend i said how do i get the @ she said press the shift & the 2 key how strange is there anything i can do to sort this

Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Click the Languages tab > In the Text services and Input languages section, click Details > In the Default Input Language section, change to English (United Kingdom) > Apply/OK
