AOL House Move

Has anyone experienced problems with AOL's House Move service?

My broadband connection at new number is being stalled due a "technical issue" but what this actually is I cannot find out. No timeframe for sorting either. Apparently I am not the only one.

Have agreed with AOL not to charge me while have no b/band connection so no probs there but obviously want to get back online!

It could be as simple as the previous owner was on the light user scheme or maybe incoming calls only.

I am assuming that you have a BT line in new home
