SKY Netgear DG834GT Router

Hi All
My relation connects to her Orange broadband using a standard ADSL modem.
As she has now purchased a laptop she wants to go wireless so she went to Ebay and purchased a Netgear DG834GT wireless router. Trouble is, this is one for SKY users and I have had no success installing it whatsoever.
I too have a the same unit and thought I could use my installation disk to install hers...again no joy.

Can I configure this SKY router to work with any ISP or is it effectively locked down to SKY ?

It needs a firmware 'unlock'.
