Please can someone help! Since installing a belkin router, our internet says it is connected but we have a message "this page cannot be displayed" and it can take up to 20 mins to log on properly. Any ideas!!!!

G'day Sue98.

If you can connect to the internet ok but get
'this page can't be displayed' the chances are the DNS address(s)are missing.

Switch off modem/router and computer.
Switch on modem/router and wait 2-3mins and then turn computer back on.

Hi

Sorry I havn't replied but have been ill. Tried what you said but it still doesn't work. My connection shows that it is connected but it wont let me call up any webpage for ages. Now my daughters laptop wont connect either. Really need some help.
