Video Clips.
      #377009 - Sun Dec 23 2007 05:17 PM

Hi,
I have sent Video Clips from my camera to my pc and also downloaded some from the net.
They were playing fine then all of a sudden they have just turned to audio.

Installed I have Windows Media Player, Realplayer and quicktime.

I have tried aech, and all do the same!!

Help.
Dean

If you go to the folder where your clips are stored, what program does a file indicate it is using? Right click on a file and then click Proprties. What does it say against "Open with"? If you want to use Windows Media Player, Click Change and select it from the list.Click OK and such files should open with WMP (or whatever you have chosen) from now on.

Thanks for your help.

It does not matter which player I select, it only plays Audio, not video.

If someone sends an email with a video clip it plays.

If I look at a clip on youtube or something it plays.

The files played before no problem. It just seems they have changed to audio files!
