New PC with thunderbird.

Hi,

i currently get my email on thunderbird on my desktop XP machine, however im wanting to get rid of the desktop and jsut use my laptop, but all my emails are in thunderbird on the xp one, is there anyway i can export/backup from the xp machine to external hard drive then import/restore to thunderbird on the laptop?

I've used MozBackup from http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/ before. Its pretty simple. Once you've made a back up you can copy the file to your new laptop with a usb memory stick or something.
