I have recently stumbled upon a problem with my e:drive, everytime I insert a cd, it will play automatically with windows media player but when I go into 'my computer' and select the 'audio cd' on the e:drive it displays the following message;
'This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.
Create an association in the Folder Options control panel'
I have been into the Folder Options and File Types but don't really know what I am looking for.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Try this Tazz360 , open WMP and right click on the players icon in the top left hand corner of the screen. Choose "tools" then "options" . Click on the "file types" tab then the "select all" button then apply > OK.
Now give it a try again.
