Outlook 2007 Folders Import to Windows mail
      #375586 - Wed Dec 12 2007 09:02 AM

I've recently upgraded from XP to Vista and have managed to export all my e-mail messages and contacts from Outlook 2007 to Windows Live Mail without a problem.

However, in Outlook I made full use of a folder structure to file all my e-mails (from the last 8 years!!) in folders such as 'PC & Internet', with further subfolders such as 'Webuser', 'Virus Info', etc, etc, etc. There's approximately 100+ folders, and I'd be loathed to set them all up in Windows Mail and then sort the messages manually.

Is there an automated way of exporting the folder structure including e-mails from Outlook to Windows Mail?

Thanks in advance,

Glyn
