aol connection problems

This is were i am with this,ive contacted aol they say ive had a trouble free connection for at least 3 months,i went on another forum they said it sounds like spyware/adware problem so after trying every free spyware i ended up buying one but still have this problem,what happens is after every 5/10 minutes or so my connection fails over and over again.I borrowed someones laptop and that works perfect.Please can anybody help cause my next step is to put my head through my monitor!!!!ps it works through firefox but very slow

Talk about going in circles To be honest CA does not have the dedicated team of HJT enthusiasts and At best they'll find the same thing will happen there word for word!

Beyond these 2 forums HJT log readers can be not as easy to interact with
Clocks ticking...before they reappear here or We hear the old "I formatted the Hard drive to make the Problem go away" Tale?
