canon i560 unable to load paper

Hi,

I have this i560 which so far has been bril!
Now all of a sudden. it will accept envelopes but not a4/a5 paper?

Looking at machine looks like everything comes off at the bottom.
Has anyone anuy ideas as to how to fix....or is it worth doing?

G'day valtinex.

Most likley the rollers just need cleaning.
When it dosn't take A4/5 are there any indicators flashing and if so what sequence.
BTW.. Not everything comes off at the bottom.
