error message on sky broadband!

hi-yall having installed my broadband from the sky install disc after a few seconds i get an error message as follows HTTP://WWW.SKYBROADBAND.COM am unable to find file path please make sure you have typed the correct address. then i click on the o.k part of the message and the path is found and loads.can anyone help with this puzzle? regards whizzer.
