You know what it's like. Your PC has thrown up an error message and when you speak to customer support they ask you to email what it said.
Just typing in a few words is fine but it's annoying when you're faced with lots of text and figures. But you can't highlight the text like you can in a Word document. However, while the error message box is on your screen simply press CTRL+C and your PC should copy the message so you can then paste it into the email (or wherever else).
