I am having problems printing from the internet since moving to Tiscali. When I was with AOL, everything printed fine (e-mails, web pages etc) but since I have moved to Tiscali Broadband, everything now prints as pages of gobbledy-gook (html?). I haven't changed anything on the computer, it's the same printer (HP2575)so the only difference is the ISP. They were very unhelpful at Tiscali Tech and said its not their problem. Help!!!

Right. OK. Smashing. Great - thanks for all of those helpful suggestions, I'm sure the problem will be solved in no time at all now. I just knew I'd find the answer on the internet, the source of all knowledge, the answer to all of our prayers.

Listen to me you rude, sarcastic, little person, this forum is 'staffed' by volunteers and it doesn’t include any specialist Tiscali printing experts.
Just be patient and perhaps, just perhaps someone who has encountered a similar problem will reply to you but I can assure you IT WON’T BE ME.
