I have to say I find the whole YouTube business laughable - there's so much copyrighted content on the site that any conditions placed by YouTube are meaningless. Try searching for any band's music videos and you'll see what I mean. And yet the record industry watchdogs are happy to let this situation continue. (Could it have something to do with the money which YouTube could draw upon in any legal fight?) If YouTube were serious about piracy they could and would do something about it. Until then, they shouldn't complain if people ignore that clause.
