Don't look in Control Panel, look in Device Manager.

Hi, two options to try.
1. Check Event Viewer to see if that helps identify the cause. Start/ Administrative tools/ Event viewer.
2. Open System Properties (Windows key + pause/break key). Select the Advanced tab / under Startup & Recovery, click on the Settings box. Remove the tick from Automatic restart and click OK.
The next time the computer crashes, instead of automatically restarting, you will be presented with the BSOD with an error displayed. The error message should help to identify the cause.
