kernal_stack_inpage_error ...pls advice?

when restarting, my computer suddenly started giving the following error :

" Hardware monitor found an error. Enter power setup for details " (this error was when the system just starts. now it shows a blue screen & says " kernal_stack_inpage_error "...pls advice
