I do hope someone can help me. When somebody sends me an email with a Movie.wmv file attachment i cannot play it on my laptop. Is there a good reason for this or am i just being stupid! I do hope its not the latter.
Try saving the attachment to your desktop and then click on it and see what happens, secondly make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player and thirdly any codecs that are needed to play the file.
