Have you changed anything recently?
Added any software, particularly a firewall or antivirus.

Hi RichieP, No not a thing, haven't changed anything. It seams to be something that happens occasionally. Its really irritating when you are expecting an email.

If it's intermittent it could well be their servers. Intermittent faults are much harder to diagnose than things that are properly broken.

Thanks RichieP, So theres no reason to reenter all my details...??? Maybe you can advise me on this email problem.I have created a second account with blueyonder/virgin.But all that happens is all my incoming emails are duplicated....??? The idea was so I could use the different emails for different things.

I'm assuming you've created a 'sub-account' and that you use the email address given by Blueyonder, probably random letters and numbers?
If so, you need to create a rule to filter the emails to the new address into a different folder.
In OE, right-click on the Inbox folder and create a new folder. Call it something meaningful.
Now you need to go to Tools > message Rules > mail and create a rule 'where the To line contains people' and enter the email address you created. Then select it to move to the Specified folder, the one you created earlier.
