I like to set an email account for my partner on windows Mail, I am not quite sure how to go abiut. Can somebody please advise me. Oes Windows Vista Home basic.

WM > Tools > Accounts > Mail > Add > follow the wizard to enter the details, e.g. POP, SMTP, account name, password.
